This stunning locket is crafted from 9ct Gold, Front and back, which means its core is made of a strong metal and the 9ct gold is used on the outside only.  This is very common in antique lockets as the inside needs to remain strong.

Adorning the locket's front  is an extremely pretty floral design comprising three seed pearl flowers, alternating with green emerald paste leaves. Bordering the flowers, is an ornate gold engraving design which is present on both sides of the locket.
The detail doesnt stop there - stunning floral engraving is also present around the entirety of the locket's edges.
 
This stunning, and unique locket is a great size at 4.6cm without the bale and 6cm including the bale.  It is 3.5cm wide and it weighs 17.52g
